RICHARD M. DODDS, D.C.

Dr. Dodds attended Loras College and the University of Iowa, and earned his doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He has since received Certification for Disability Evaluations of Spinal Injuries and certification for treating trauma-induced temporo-mandibular joint dysfunction (a condition of the jaw) from the TMD Association. Dr. Dodds has been an associate clinical faculty member of the Palmer College of Chiropractic.

Luke T. Setter, D.C.

Dr. Setter earned his doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine at Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas. Before attending Parker College, he received a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Iowa. Dr. Setter is an examiner for the National Chiropractic Boards, and has practiced in Dubuque since 2000.
